The children of Club Gimnàstic Montgrí and the membres of the Colla Vella dels Xiquets of Valls (Tarragona) made a fun show dancing and participating actively with the spectators. The other type of show was offered by Brazilian National Team, that won against Fundació Esportiva Palamós (0-4) at the first match of the MIC-Mediterranean International Cup. The opening ceremony was at Palamós Stadium, with an attendance aproximately of 6000 people. On the other hand, the weather was not really good, because it was raining most of the opening ceremony. n During the opening match, the ‘canarinha’ played absolutely perfect and won by 0-4, Antonio Carlos and Ademilson (2) scored the goals on the first half, and Alcides on the second. The match was very intensive and the spectators at the Palamós Stadium could enjoyed themselves with the brazilian show.n Although, at 10 o’clock in the morning, representatives of 210 participating teams in the MIC had started filing out with a parade. After the speeches of the personalities, Julio Alberto, ex FC Barcelona Player, switch on the pebeter. After that, all the participating teams recieved a trophy for their participation in the MIC 2012.
