The youth international football tournament MIC – Mediterranean International Cup will continue on the Costa Brava at least until 2015. The tournament organization has renewed cooperation agreements for four years with the County Council of Girona and with all the cities councils that host the competition. The next edition of MIC will be held from 4 to 8 April in 19 populations and 22 football fields on the Costa Brava, with the participation of about 220 teams, divided into six categories, representing over 40 nationalities.nnThe tournament was presented the 26th of march in Girona in the Delegation of Girona and has had the participation of Sergi Roberto, player of FC Barcelona, ​​and Álvaro Vázquez, of RCD Espanyol, who have remembered their experiencies through the tournament as players many years ago. Roberto played the tournament from Santes Creus, Reus and FC Barcelona, and Vázquez from RCD Espanyol.nnThe presentation has served to reaffirm the commitment of the MIC with the Costa Brava.
